Page Flip eCatalog

Not long ago, I was using a monthly paper catalog as my primary marketing tool to promote my product line of corporate gifts. I had to get the catalog printed on glossy paper and sent out to scads of prospective customers. Naturally, I was spending thousands of dollars doing so. Moreover, I was worried that most of my catalogs were not being read, owing much to the growing awareness about using eco-friendly products. So it became imperative that I look for an eco-friendly alternative to the paper catalog. And that is when I found eCatalog Creator.

eCatalog Creator is a digital publishing service. They converted my paper catalog into an online page flip eCatalog. My customers now have access to my eCatalog which I have set up on my website. And for those customers, who can’t get online, I send out a CD with the eCatalog files on it – so it’s a doubly good for me.

The eCatalog functions like an online flip book – website visitors may flip through its pages just like they would on a paper catalog – by dragging the page corners. The page flip effect is also awesome; it adds a WOW factor to my catalog. The following are some of the benefits that I have received by using an eCatalog:-

  • Firstly, there are NO printing and postage costs associated with an eCatalog. The customer may himself print whatever product page he likes.
  • Production cost of a flash eCatalog is minimal compared to that of a paper catalog. Also, updating an eCatalog is a piece of cake when compared to the arduous update process of a paper catalog.
  • Page flip eCatalog has unmatched coverage. It can be set up on a website for online users, and sent out on a CD for others.
  • It shortens the sales cycle by bringing the products to the customer’s desktop.

In a gist, the eCatalog saves me an awful lot of money, and is eco-friendly so customers love it.
