The wide interest garnered by the topic of anti aging seems to be advancing day by day. Scientists too have worked much in this area and have come up with discoveries which can help us deal with the issue of anti ageing. Aging being a natural phenomenon cannot be completely avoided but what can though be done is to delay the process of the onset of aging.

In order to do so, scientists worked on several human parameters and studied as to how age effects them. It was seen that apart from physical changes there were also several internal changes going around in the body. Changes in the level of hormones was one of them. When studied the properties of some of these hormones it was established that the human growth hormone when present in normal optimum quantities was responsible towards ensuring the skin remained young and youthful. But with age the amount of this particular growth hormone was found to have substantially decreased.
