The LG Chocolate phone debuted in 2006 and became widely popular with its built in mp3 player, sleek shape and pretty colors, coming in dark chocolate, white chocolate, strawberry chocolate, mint chocolate, and cherry chocolate (black, white, pink, green and red). Somewhat thicker than most chocolate bars, the LG Chocolate had a rectangular sliding design and included all of the fancy features that are almost a given today—music, camera, Bluetooth, Micro SD, texting, miscellaneous tools and the rest of the works. The phone also featured touch activation, eliminating most of the button action. It was no wonder that the LG Chocolate appealed to the masses.
