Downtown Roselle, in the greater Chicago area, houses a new condominium community of sixty units developed by the company Norwood Builders. A handful of luxury condos on the second floor of this new community have been made available for early delivery, and they are going fast. Buyers who want to get a piece of this great market would do well not to let th opportunity to live in one of these fabulous, fancy condominiums pass them by. They will be done to be moved in to withn the next three months, earlier than the other units in the community. The number available is small, only nine, so if a buyer wants one but doesn’t move fast, they may have to start looking somewhere else.

Prices for doing an early move in are lower than regular condo prices, so if you wait until all of the units are ready and the community is officially open, you could end up losing thousands of dollars. These spacious condos of one to two bedrooms are worth it, though. They are well placed, close to the public library and shopping areas, but at the same time not so close at to reap the negative aspects of downtown life. There is a new area on the other side of the street that will soon be the home to several stores and restaurants. Located in the middle of Roselle’s downtown area, on Park Street Crossing, these condominiums are a valuable new addition to the greater Chicago condo market.
