If you want to learn to scuba dive then you will need to take a class. Nope you can’t just grab some equipment and jump in the water and see if you like it. It could get you killed. The right way is to get certified first. To do that you will need to find a few places that will have classes on diving for you you to take.

Some scuba diving shops lend you the equipment for the purpose of the class, which will help you save money while you learn. The instructors will teach you how to use all the equipment, such as the oxygen tank, the flippers, the wet suit, and more. They will also teach you how to prepare to get into the water, what to do while you’re in the water, and they’ll also teach you a few worst case scenarios so that you don’t panic in case something does happen.
