Peru’s Signature Dishes
What’s unique about Peru is that the different regions showcase their own representative dish. Take for example in the Coastal region, Ceviche is definitely their signature dish. As different kinds of seafoods can be found and is caught straight from the Pacific, different versions of this well-renowned dish can be tasted from the simple to the very fancy ones and Lima alone holds a thousand of them and is usually served with sweet potato.
