A Natural Constipation Remedy Is to Drink Water and Fruit Juices on a Regular Basis

The next question a lot of people ask is if they have to drink just water. Well, not exactly. It is best if you give your body plenty of water to use that it doesn’t have to filter other things out of. However, when you add in things like fruit juices, these may actually be added to the water in being part of a constipation remedy program. This is especially the case if you choose prune juice or apple juice.
One thing to keep in mind when you are drinking fruit juices, though, is that they have a lot of calories. So if part of your current diet style is to keep your weight in check, you don’t want to use too much fruit juice, and you may want to stick to more water instead.
