Tony Stark, the CEO and genius investor of Stark Industries, a weapons manufacturer, was captured by terrorists who wanted to force him to build weapons of mass destruction for them. However, instead of creating weapons of mass destruction, Tony Stark invented an armored suit and used it to escape. This became the prototype for his later more advanced suits of armor. And this is how Iron Man was created.

With the recent Iron Man 1 & Iron Man 2 movies, interest in Iron Man costumes are very high. You can be sure that this Halloween, plenty of little kids will want a kids ironman costume and an ironman child costume to wear during trick or treat at Halloween. And with the planned production of Iron Man 3 and the Avengers over the next few years, there’ll be plenty of interest in Iron Man costumes for many years to come.
