You have to Trim Fat to Tone Stomachs
Do you need to Tone Stomach muscles? Let’s face it, a lot of us men over 40 yrs start to look at our flabby guts, pot bellies, love handles etc, and ask ourselves how on earth it came to this? No one really needs an education on the causes though and very few of us have to dig too deeply before the answers become obvious. The first thing is that we’re aging. Over 40′s (and that means women too), start to experience the first signs of skin losing its elasticity. When this happens, it begins to droop, or head south if you prefer. The second thing to point out is that our metabolism slows down and therefore doesn’t burn of the fat as quickly as it used to. And last, but not least, if that there gut is really protruding and hanging low, then there’s a good chance that an unhealthy lifestyle has produced these unsavoury results. A beer belly is not called that because you drink too much water! Big fat love handles and a basket ball for a gut is not caused by a healthy diet and plenty of regular exercise. But it’s okay. No need to beat ourselves up over it, but simply make a decision to either live with the way we look and continue as usual, or take the bull by the horns and do something about it vowing to never let this fat accumulate to such levels ever again. It is usually around the 40 + mark that men and women start taking action about their health, their looks, and their lifestyle. Sadly though, too many stop at the looking and put off for years or indefinitely that change in bad habits, and as a consequence the do not go on to live the productive lives they would have hoped for when they were young men and women
