Are Exercise Vibration Machines Any Good For Golfers?
The answer to that question, is undoubtedly YES!
Training using an exercise vibration machine is helping golfers everywhere to perform to their best ability.
We bought a Powerplate a couple of years ago and I always use it to warm up before I go out for a game of golf. I use it a lot in the winter months especially to build up my strength in the off season. Exercise vibration machine training is an amazing way to keep supple and to build up the muscles relevant to the golf game especially when you are not a regular gym user, I have to admit, I HATE going to the gym but I find using my powerplate to be fun.
Before I go out for a golf game, I do golf specific exercises on my powerplate and it definitely helps me to avoid injury. There are lots of exercises that can be done on the powerplate that are designed for golfers. Many of them involve just holding the position whie standing on the machine, it really couldn’t be any easier yet it is incredibly effective.
