Improve my memory is something I’d really like to do. I;m at the age where I forget words and how to spell words I’ve always know. I’ve always had a lousy memory for faces and names. We kind of laugh it off as oldtimers disease. Just another way of saying Alzheimers without really say the word.

Now I don’t really think I’ve got alzheimers, just a poor memory that seems to be getting a little worse. If I try hard enough I can remember anything and get it right but short term memory is no longer what it was. Funny because I use my brain a lot on the web so my memory gets exercised every day. Still, I’d love to improve my memory to what it was 45 years ago.
